Siegebreakers are massive demons. They are the most prized champions of all demon lords due to their immense size and strength; enough to make any battle in favor of your master. The legends of the siege breaker entered the mortal imagination, became the stuff of nightmares, but everyone who saw it perished.

Azmodan used at least two Siegebreakers during the Bastion Tower siege. The first was used against the fortress, and when he was killed, he took Hansen Haile and 100 soldiers to bring him down.

In Act III, Act III meets Siegebreaker as a boss in Abyss Edge. After killing it, the player can hear the guards discussing how they sent a single creature that normally takes a hundred men to kill. Siegebreaker's corpse can be found in the act, but they do not fight. More of the Siegebreakers' charred corpses can be found scattered across the battlefields of Eternity in Pandemonium found in Act V.

The Siegebreaker Assault Beast is one of six select bosses that have agreed to return as an Uber boss under the name The Savage Behemoth, Unrelenting Devastator. His strategies are completely different between the 2 forms, even with the same Reflect damage, but he does not summon Demon Warriors. In turn, he received help from Uber's version of Zoltun Kulle, who can interfere with attempts to end his existence.
